Fourplex

This is a set of 2 duplex style buildings. Each building has 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has 4 beds in the form of 2 bunkbeds. Each building also has 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas and 2 kitchenettes. These two buildings would accommadate a minimum of 24 people. More could sleep on pads on the floors. The minimum charge for the Fourplex is $144/night. If there are 24 people there that would be $6/person/night. Outside the Fourplex is where the RVs would park for $10/night. You will need to bring your own extension cord to plug in for electricity.
